Update
PEXA is aware of an issue impacting the signing of documents and/or the financial settlement schedule within select Workspaces. This issue is due to a fault in our platform release which was deployed over the weekend. As a result, some users may encounter a “500 error” message when attempting to sign. PEXA is working urgently to resolve this issue and will provide a further update as soon as possible.

We've received reports of some Members experiencing 500 errors upon signing documents and/or financial settlement in some workspaces. This is currently being investigated.
