Service Issue - CBA Payment File Response

Resolved

CBA has resolved the payment file response issue.

Please note, this was not an issue on PEXA's side.

Impacted workspaces that had commenced settling will now proceed as scheduled.

Update

Please be advised of an issue affecting CBA and their associated brands' transactions.

This is not affecting customers' ability to settle, but may cause delay in the disbursement of funds for up to a few hours.

If your workspace is affected and has commenced settling it will likely remain in a status of Completed and Disbursing for longer than usual until the issue is fixed.

CBA have advised PEXA that they are currently working on a resolution for this issue.
