Please note, the cause isn’t always clear at the time of an issue but we will let you know as soon as it’s known. This will include if it is our own, and what we’ll do to rectify it or if it’s caused by one of our third-party interconnected network partners.

PEXA will be conducting a system maintenance release on Tuesday 8 July from 10:00pm – 2:00am AEST.

Please note:

- We may encounter a temporary service interruption between PEXA and Land Registries and Revenue Offices. Your tasks such as Workspace Creation, Document Preparation & Lodgement Services may be delayed. If this occurs, please retry after a few minutes or the conclusion of the release.

- There is a low likelihood of some users being logged off. If this occurs, please simply log back in per normal.
